Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. A credit card is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged until the trial ends.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the new pricing takes effect immediately with a prorated credit. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your subscription automatically converts to the paid plan you selected. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged at all.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Annual plans save approximately 20% compared to monthly billing. Annual plans also include free implementation and onboarding (a $499 value).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through our payment partner Stripe. For annual enterprise contracts, we also support bank transfers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled at any time with no penalty. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. Annual plans can be canceled within 30 days for a full refund.
