Refund Policy

Free Trial

All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial at no charge. You will not be billed during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is collected.

Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a monthly cycle.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. If you cancel within the first 30 days of an annual subscription, you are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds are issued for annual plans, but you retain access for the remainder of the term.

One-Time Purchases

One-time fees such as implementation and onboarding are non-refundable once the service has been initiated. If the service has not yet begun, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 60 days at billing@hyegro.com. We will investigate and issue a correction or refund as appropriate within 10 business days.

Email billing@hyegro.com with your account email, the charge in question, and the reason for your request. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
